Shipping

• All paper pattern & fabric bundle orders will be shipped via USPS.

• All quilts will be shipped with tracking and signature required via UPS or FedEx. If you require another carrier or expedited shipping, please contact me! Shipping expense will be added to the cost of the quilt.

• In most cases, clappers and rulers will be shipped within two business days. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, please contact me before ordering! I’ll do everything I can to meet your required timeframe.

• Quilts are placed in plastic ziplock bags (and then in a box or envelope) for shipping to avoid any unintentional moisture from coming into contact with the product.

• Digital pattern downloads are available immediately upon purchase via a link sent to your email. This initial link is good for 24 hours. After this, click on the link, and Squarespace will send you a new refreshed link for the file download. Don’t panic - your purchase has NOT expired.

• ​If you live outside the United States and would like to purchase a quilt, please contact me!

• Tax may be charged on your order based on your location.

Return Policy

• I take pride in the quality and construction of my quilts. If you should have any issue with your purchased item(s), please contact me to discuss a solution. If a refund is the best solution, the item must be returned within 10 days of receipt in the original condition. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense.

• There are no returns / refunds for the digital pattern downloads. If you have trouble downloading the pattern, please review the FAQ!

• There are no returns on custom quilt designs.
